Motorola Moto X - Reviews and Specifications
In 2012, Google joint hands with Motorola to bring out first joint device, Moto X. In August, Motorola gave the first glimpse their combined attempt to give something new to their customers, a Phone, which everybody was expecting it to be Moto X. Moto X is finally launched and it is expected to release at end of August or in the beginning of September.
Screen and Size
Moto X has dimension of 129.3 x 65.3 x 10.4 mm weighing around 130 g. It has AMOLED capacitive touchscreen for best combination of brightness and power consumption supporting 16M colors. The screen size is 4.7 inches with 720 x 1280 pixels and pixel density of ~312 ppi. It lacks for the protection of the screen by using Corning Gorilla Glass, where tougher Gorilla Glass version 2 and 3 are already out in the market.

Processor And Memory
It runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro Dual Core 1.7 GHz Krait processor with integration of Quad Core Adreno 320 GPU and 2 GB of RAM, that gives you perfect experience of processing high graphic applications smoothly without getting stuck and ruining your mood. It will be available in two models based on internal memory i.e. 16 GB and 32 GB. It has no expandable memory card slot.

It has 10 MP clear pixel camera with LED flash and HDR technology that captures your photos instantly at your touch. It records videos at 1080p@30fps in HD so that you don’t have to miss any minute details of your video and even you can have real life experience in HD. It also allows you to capture slow motion videos. With 4 x digital zoom, you can capture the subject that is far from you without distorting the pixels. Secondary front camera also captures videos in HD with 2MP. Camera offers other features such as Burst mode, panorama and Tap to focus.

As it is a joint outcome of Google and Motorola, Moto X was expected to release with latest Android 4.3, Jelly Bean but unfortunately it runs on Android 4.2.2, Jelly Bean. Still the hopes are high to get latest Android 4.3 soon on Moto X.
Choose What You Love
No other company till now allows you to select accessories you love, but with Moto X, now you can choose your desired front and back cover, wallpapers, your favorite color accessories and much more. It is all up to you.
Just Talk, Don’t Touch
Moto X responds to your voice without having it to touch the phone. All you need to do is start your command with “Ok Google now….” and it will do whatever you will say. Motorola claims that the phone can hear you up to 30 meters with having three microphones on the phone. You can talk to your phone if it’s in pocket too.

Other Features and Colors
Moto X will be offered with other features like 50 GB of cloud storage free for 2 years on Google Drive, TBD radio, wi-fi hotspot, NFC enabled and is equipped with sensors like temperature, Accelerometer, gyro, barometer, proximity and compass. It has removable 2200 mAh Li-Ion battery with use up to 24 hours. It is available in two colors of font panel i.e. Black and White and 18 colors of back cover.
